First of all you need to download an application known as Flud you can download it from Google Play Store. 

1. Then after you need to start an app.
2. Select menu which is an three dots on upper right corner.
3. Then select Scheduling here.
4. Here you will see some options such as scheduled start time, scheduled shutdown time, run only once, turn wifi on/off , resume all.
5. You can set the time to start and off in upper two options.
6. Then after if you want to run the downloading once then select Run Only Once.
7. If you want to turn on the wifi when the schedule starts the select  Turn Wifi On/Off.
8. If you want to resume all the torrents then select Resume all option.
